The Difference Between Coated And Uncoated Non-woven Bags

Mar 06, 2024

The difference between non-woven bags with and without coating is mainly reflected in the following aspects:

The surface of the coated non-woven bag is covered with a layer of film, which is usually made of PE, PP, PET and other materials, which can enhance the moisture-proof, waterproof and wear-resistant properties of the non-woven bag.
Uncoated non-woven bags do not have this film, so they do not have these characteristics, are easily affected by moisture, and have a relatively short service life.

The air permeability of coated non-woven bags is higher than that of non-coated bags, which can effectively suppress moisture, gas, odor, etc. of objects in the bag, and can effectively block microorganisms and harmful substances in the air.
Uncoated non-woven bags have good air permeability and are suitable for occasions that require good air permeability, such as non-woven packaging bags, light box fabrics, billboard fabrics, etc.

The cost of coated non-woven bags is relatively high because the materials and raw materials used are different from those without films.
Coated non-woven bags can be printed in color to meet the variety of colors needed in daily life, while ordinary non-woven bags can usually only be printed in single color or machine printing.
